Annotation data can be checked using Shex Shapes as GO-CAM models. GO has a collection of shape
expressions that are used for this purpose at https://github.com/geneontology/go-shapes/tree/master/shapes.

Annotations as GO-CAMs should successfully validate against this set of Shex Shapes.
